1. How to shop online at Hoppediz®

To add a product to your shopping cart click the “Add to shopping cart” button on the webpage of your selected article. To proceed with payment, click the link “Proceed to checkout” in the menu “My shopping basket” at the top right hand side of the screen. You are subsequently asked to enter your invoice and delivery address (billing information). Please enter the required information in the corresponding fields. Confirm by clicking “Continue” to select a payment method (method of dispatch). After selecting the payment method the screen “payment information” will be displayed. Click to select the desired settlement method (e. g. PayPal). You will subsequently receive a final overview of your order. Your order will be transferred to us by means of the “send order” button. The corresponding order number will be imparted to you in the next screen.

2. How to correct wrong data, and how to edit the shopping cart

Wrong entries can be corrected via the backspace key or “Back” button. You can also mark the wrong text and delete it by means of the “delete” key (identified with “Del” or “Entf”) (designation of the “delete” key on your computer might deviate from this description). You can now enter the new anew. By clicking the button “Edit shopping cart” a screen in which you can change the content of the shopping cart will be displayed. You may add further products to the shopping cart or change the ordered quantity in the column “Stk.” (pieces). If you enter “0” (zero) in the column “Stk.” the article will be deleted from your shopping cart.

3. What happens once I have submitted the order?

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

4. What is the content of the order confirmation?

General Terms and conditions, power of revocation, company address, summary of objet of purchase/purchase price/payment method and shipping costs.

5. When will a contract of purchase become valid?

The purchase agreement is deemed to be concluded when the goods leave our store.

6. Will the contract text be saved?

The contract text will not be stored by us and is therefore no longer retrievable upon completion of the order process. Your order data (contract text) will be sent to you by e-mail immediately after placement of your order (confirmation of order receipt).

7. What is contract language?

Contract language is German.

Payment methods

You can select among the following payment methods:

Credit card (VISA + MasterCard)
Advance payment                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                iDEAL (only netherlands)

During the order process, you can select the most convenient payment method in step 4 (payment information).

Your credit card will be charged when finalising your order.

When selecting “advance payment” we will grant a discount of 2% on the purchase value. The discount will be automatically deducted.
