The simple cross-carry – when the baby can hold his head firmly by itself
The advantage of this carrying method (whether carrying one or two babies) is that it can be pre-tied without the child.
If you are at home and your baby wants to have a rest or sleep, or he is teething or colicky, you can take him out and put his back in as often as you like. If the weather is bad, you can also pre-tie it at home where you are nice and dry.
