Dear Annette Schröder,

I decided to contact you, because I just received my Havana long sling from the UK, and I wanted to share with you my happiness!
I bet you understand this joy :) but to share a little background: we got a Hungarian made sling when our little girl was born, we used that sling a lot but we had to give it back to our friends. That time I decided to buy a sling and started to look around on the internet.
Now, as Havana is drying after the first wash, I hardly can wait to use it. IT'S A BEAUTY! So soft, and colours are really nice and warm - much better than on the photos! :)

Hi. I just want to touch base. I love the baby romper bag so much. I love your other products, but this one is absolutely the best that I have come across. I have a 4 month old and if I could get my hands on one for him! You can be sure that I am going to push this product because I love it so much more than the swaddle type blankets and sleepwear for babies over a month old that are commonly used. I would like to list this product in a blog review, which I use as a resource for my moms, but also for everyone else. Several companies have my link posted, so I may get visitors from those sites. Eventually, I would like to post a review of all of your products. I initially asked for just the wrap. I had no idea this romper bag existed. I encourage my moms to bring their babies to class, and one day I put my son Sam in this bag, and I introduced it in class. It has been love at first sight. So many of my moms have commented on how great this bag is.
I just wanted to let you know that your bag is my all time favorite sleeper. I wish I could get one for him to sleep in every night. But since I cannot, I will be showing it off in class, and pushing others not to invest in those other products (sleepers and sacks), and instead buy the romper bag. Thank you for creating and sending the perfect product.

Hello,

I wish to thank you for your baby sling Hoppediz - it's wonderful, and I just regret that I only heard about you and I bought sling when my son was already 11 months old. With next baby I'll use it for the very first days!
I'm sending you a photo released for publication with my baby (1 year old, 10 kg.)- here in Poland everybody is surprised than I can carry an elder baby and I don't feel or look tired:) I have just come back to work, and I love carrying him when I'm back home. And he loves sling too!

Dear Mrs.Schroeder,

after many days of trying and tying:) I can finally say that I feel comfortable with my Hoppi, and our girl seems to agree too! It does take a lot of time, patience, support from others, imagination and energy to learn but I do believe it's worth it. Now I can even breastfeed in it and I can't say how happy I am because I really like walking a lot and I want the baby to be with me. Naturally we've received many comments, compliments, weird looks and curious questions and we've also tried to explain to our neighbours and friends how it works and why it's a wonderful baby carrying method. Some asked us about your site some others just shrugged their shoulders. I still have to learn a lot but I'm more confident now. Besides your booklet I've also used the info. Have a wonderful week!

Hello everyone,

First of all, thanks a lot for the super sling and rapid delivery.
My little one is really happy when I carry her around in it. This is, of course, much more comfortable with your sling (no more long arms at last!).
She is already 3 months old, but she got used to the sling very quickly. Now that we have been using it for these 10 days, she cannot do without it. We both needed a bit of practice in the first 2-3 days.

However, the tying instructions are so good that I can now almost tie it with my eyes closed. Most of the time I use the wrap cross-carry or the cross-carry if I'm in a hurry. Now I can even ride my bicycle, to my great pleasure, because I can put the little one in the sling and have both hands free. Unthinkable with a pram. I have enclosed 2 pictures, and please feel free to publish them if you want to. As you can see, my little one is so happy in her sling that she often goes to sleep. Or, as you can see in the second picture, she observes her surroundings with great curiosity.

I attach my most recent photographs as an enthusiastic Hoppediz sling wearer. Our little daughter felt very comfortable in the sling during our walk over hill and dale. We carried our son in a rucksack device for front or back when he was still small. That is why I can tell you that carrying in a sling is blissful relief in comparison. Both child and sling form themselves around me perfectly, and the weight is perfectly distributed.

Hello, dear Hoppediz team!

For the last 6 weeks I have been the proud owner of a Hoppediz baby sling, and I already have the feeling that I couldn't manage without it. Neither my little Giulia (9 weeks old) or myself would like to do without it even for a day. Her big sister Gina (3 years old) is currently filling the house with a lot of energy, and Giulia hardly gets any peace and quiet except when she is in front of Mama's breast in the sling. I can safely say that I would have had difficulties to get her to sleep without the sling because she really needs a lot of closeness. And she is not the only one who enjoys the carrying ....

Dear Hoppediz team,

My son does not always sleep when he is in the sling, in contrast to other children. He is very curious and wants to see as much as possible, which would be often very difficult in the pram. He has been enjoying the view from the sling very much for the last 2 weeks. Since he cannot sit down properly at only 16 weeks, he is very happy with the wrap cross-carry position! The sling does not just mean peace and quiet to him, but is also a great help while he gets to know the world around him!

Dear Hoppediz team,

I attach here a picture showing my husband's first attempt at carrying. Our daughter Marlene Sophie was around 3 weeks old when he risked an attempt at carrying her nice and closely. Since Marlene Sophie cannot be laid down during the day without waking up straight away, I was really happy that I had your sling. My nerves were really giving me problems. I have been carrying her since she was two weeks old, and we both enjoy it very much. Marlene Sophie, who is now two months old, can be in the worst possible of moods, but if I lie her down and start tying the sling she quietens down immediately and smiles at me full of anticipation at being carried in the sling.

Dear Hoppediz team,

We bought a baby sling from you nearly 2 years ago, because our daughter Svenja (now 22 months old) decided she did not like her pram. We had a lot of pleasure using the sling and sent you several photos. You gave us a dolly sling as a thank you. This sling is now being used by our daughter Svenja (who felt very comfortable in your sling at the time) for her dolls. And she is only 22 months old! The "proper" Svenja sling will be in use again soon. Next week we expect the arrival of our second child. We will let you know about it. The sling has been washed and is waiting patiently for its next use.

We are very enthusiastic baby sling fans, which means that you can almost consider the investment we made in a pram to be completely wasted ;-) The baby sling was incredibly helpful for all the little problems our baby had, especially with very severe colic at the beginning, much more helpful than any medicine could have been.

Hello, dear Hoppediz team,

I was very sceptical initially, I always thought that women with children in slings were a bit "woolly hatted", but then once I had tried it out with my midwife I was extremely pleased immediately, and my baby too!

Right from the start she loved observing the world from your sling, and she has seen quite a lot by now (she is now nearly 10 weeks old). We went to the airport with her in the sling and flew to France, and we visited several cities there and went to lots of exhibitions. When we entered the exhibition rooms, we were immediately an attraction (there do not seem to be many "carrying parents" in southern France), and the first question was always: "Is your child getting enough air in there?" ;o)

But our baby is always having a great cuddle in your sling, and seems to be happiest when we pull the cloth around her so that you can hardly see her!
Noëlle is around five weeks old in the pictures; we carried her for the first time when she was three days old, and since then we do not go anywhere without the sling! She is always with me in the sling when I am at the University (I am still studying).

Hallo!!!!

We have been the proud owners of a short Hoppediz sling and a maxi-sling for a few days now. Since this time, both slings have been continuously in use, whether it is the short one for short journeys in the hip-carry position, or the Maxi sling for other carrying styles!!! My daughter Hannah was born on 10/03/04 and very much enjoys being carried around a lot in the sling, her favourite thing is sleeping in it cuddled up to her mamma. And I can really carry her for a long time, the sling does not stress my back or my shoulders, it is a very comfortable feeling. Your instructions are really easy to read and are very understandable, you just get going and everything works !!!

Hallo,

I now own my second Hoppediz baby sling and use it just as much as I did the first, which now needs a bit of a rest of course after doing its apprenticeship and seven months of continuous use (okay, that's just an excuse, in the end one just wants to try things out with different colours!).

Right from the start my daughter was just as enthusiastic as I was, she quietened down very quickly in the sling when nothing else helped - especially in the first three months and when teething. My back problems, which plagued me before I got pregnant, just seem to have disappeared!.

In a few moments when they are not carrying, the slings are also allowed to relax and just hang around as a tent or a provider of shade (see photos). My husband, who was quite convinced before Charlotte's birth that he would never use anything like that, now insists that he should be the one doing the carrying when we go on walks together, and now even goes shopping on his own with the sling ... I really do not need to tell you about the advantages of the sling on public transport, with broken down lifts and similar situations!

Whatever, I am doing a lot of recommending, and my sling collection will surely get bigger over the coming years!

Dear family Schröder!

Thank you for the super and inexpensive sling.

By now I am a very enthusiastic carrying mother and am so pleased that I bought the sling despite all the scepticism I was shown. Paul (4 months) and I have loved it since the first moment! Paul is completely happy in the sling, so much so that I can spend a lot of time with our older son Max (2 years old) in complete relaxation. I can now do things with him that I was just afraid to do previously because Paul always made a scene in the pram. Now at last I have the feeling that I am able to do justice to both children, and have fun at the same time!!!

I am always pleased to recommend you further, because I already regret that Max was not able to enjoy this luxury. I'm very happy that I found your Internet page by chance, because I am really satisfied all round (delivery service, price/performance and colour selection)! The sling is really well thought out (labelling middle of the sling and different side seams ...) BRAVO!!! Previously I tried a few slings from my friends which did not please me nearly as much.

Hallo,

Just a quick word of thanks.

I got your sling today, and as soon as I had read the instructions I tried it out immediately.
At the beginning I was a bit sceptical because I was not sure whether a baby sling might be rather "suffocating" in these tropical temperatures. But my Felix went to sleep straight away peacefully in front of me as soon as I had put him in the sling. And now he is just hanging around with me and is very happy.

Personally, I find the sling to be very comfortable. Somehow it is a very pleasant feeling. No pinching or pressure points like the backpack carrier we had at first.

In addition to this, I now have the feeling that my son is at last as close to me as he should be ... even if everybody I met on the little walk I just took said: "What - you're carrying him like that? Little babies should be in the pram!" (He is only 4 weeks old).

Never mind what the others say, Felix and I are already very happy with the sling, so we are sending a very big thankyou right from the heart.

Since I am still a hearty "recommender" of your slings, I would like to support you by sending you another little picture, and in addition to that I would like to make a positive note of how much your slings can put up with!
Nowadays we have hung your sling over the bunk bed as a hammock for our older daughter (6), and our little one (Karlotta, 1 1/5) often likes lying in it. Recently we did the big test, and all three of us (mother and two daughters) laid in it. No problem! A short calculation gives us 62 + 21 + 10 = 93 kilos in total plus clothing.

I reckon that really is quite a lot!

Now she is 11 months old, and still enjoys being carried around in the sling.

Dear Mrs. Schröder,

I was allowed to test the new baby sling from Hoppediz for 3 months, and I am really happy with it! The fact that I had difficulties changing over from other slings to this one ended up being an advantage. For example, the material is softer which allows it to be tied much more individually and tighter and is much more comfortable to carry, in addition the wider material panel which gave much better support to the child when it was tightened up (for example using the wrap-carry or rucksack-carry).

The marking in the centre is an absolute plus and I could not imagine life without it. Because it's washable at 60 degrees centigrade and suitable for dryers (tried and tested!) it guarantees cleanliness (especially optically) and is ready for use again very quickly, because most people only have one sling.

The extensive manual with tying instructions and valuable tips is very appealing, helpful and practical, and is easy to follow for beginners.

The last point is the low cost, which makes making a decision much easier.

I have recommended Hoppediz slings many times to others, and up to now the response has been nothing but positive. You really have managed to deal with previous weak points and to improve them.

Hallo,

Super, the sling came today (that really was quick!), the colour is very nice.
We had an introductory walk straight away (double cross-carry) and Katharina (nearly 5 months) is really pleased about it, as if she had been expecting a sling for a long time. I am sure it's going to be doing me great service, because I take my oldest child to pre-school every morning (and do the return journey every afternoon) and I really cannot be bothered to get the pram out for Katinka because it is not worth it just for a few minutes.
Congratulations, by the way, on your tying instructions, they are perfectly "foolproof".
I am absolutely over the moon, the sling is really putting my life in a new perspective. It was, for example, always difficult to make tea for my son Damian (4 1/2) if Katharina just had to be carried around the same time (which was quite normal at that time in the early evening, thank goodness a little less often now). This evening: made tea with Kath in the sling, (she was looking on curiously), gave Dami his cough mixture, cleaned his teeth, read his goodnight story etc. It really is like a THIRD HAND!
I am very keen on using the rucksack-carry position, here in the Paris area you can see that being used a lot by African mothers. But we will try that out at the weekend when Daddy can help as well.

As I said, Simon just loves being carried around in his sling. I think he is a real "carrybaby" and I am very glad that I made the decision to buy the sling from you.

Hallo!

Thanks very much indeed for the rapid delivery - I washed it straight away, dried it, tried out and I am over the moon.

Just in passing, I have an inquisitive question: Your slings are right up there with the others (XXXX, XXXX etc) in almost everything, and to the honest the whole surroundings are much nicer, more personal and more appealing, so how come you are so inexpensive? Or is everything just being built up and us " early purchasers" have just been really lucky to get such excellent quality at such a low price?

Whatever happens, I will continue to recommend Hoppediz. If I could, I would buy another one in a different colour straight away ;o))) and when I get the chance I will send a nice photo.

I really do hope you have a lot of success in the future, the tying instructions are really good, and how nice it is to see some of the faces behind the product.

Dear Hoppediz team,

I just have to give you a REAL BIG COMPLIMENT!

We ( Michi, Daniela, now 6 months old and I) have just taken part in your carrying course, which we all thought was really great - funny and very helpful when trying things out, and of course we bought a sling from Hoppediz straight away.
After initial difficulties getting used to the thing - it's very tight at the start - the little one has been enjoying being carried round for several months now, and we have as well! She buries herself in the sling and has a thoroughly pleasant snooze in it after she has had a good look round at the surroundings. At least she can see something from up there, she is not in the pram and she is very happy.

By now Daniela is 15 months old, but she still allows herself to be carried sometimes on the hip or sometimes up front, and she is still well able to sleep there. She is getting really quite heavy by now, but the weight distribution at the front is so good that Mama only notices it when she bends down and then tries to straighten up again.

On top of that, all I can really say that we could easily have done without the pram for the first few months. There really isn't anything more practical than a baby sling.

I still like to click on your homepage because it really does look good and it's quite easy to see that you are speaking from experience!

I am always recommending you and your slings, and I am always passing your Internet address on.

I have just bought a secondhand sling from your range.
It is of course wonderful. But most important of all, you have the best tying instructions that I have ever seen with a sling !!!!

I just had to get that off my mind.

Hallo,

We have just ordered a sling from you (thanks to a tip from my midwife because our daughter seemed to want to spend a whole day in our arms), and we are really happy with it! And we will certainly be recommending you further, because the sling we got from you was TOP quality at an extremely low price! The manual is also really good, in which the various carrying techniques are described. It would be impossible to do anything wrong after reading it!!!

Our daughter is now 5 weeks old, and just loves being carried around in a sling.
If she is screaming her head off and it is impossible to calm her down any other way, the sling really comes into its own - as soon as she is in the sling, she quietens down completely and a few minutes later she goes to sleep.
She spends several hours in it every day.

My husband also finds it very nice to carry her in the sling, and this is why we have just ordered the maxi sling (it certainly should not be any shorter!). I really think the baby sling is perfect for men.

Hi

I just wanted to thank you very much for the super sling.
I am really enjoying using it. My trust in you was really worth it.

Previously, I carried my son around in a Tragidi sling (sling without knots). This sling is really excellent and very practical, but not nearly as versatile as a real sling. I did not really have the courage to buy a sling, because I thought I would not get the hang of it. In addition, slings here in Switzerland are very expensive (a 5.2 m long sling costs around 250 Swiss francs, in other words three times more expensive than your slings).

Luckily I came across you.

Since I thought I would not really get the hang of it, I also have also registered myself for a course. Thanks to your carrying instructions, however, I managed to deal with every different type of carrying straight away. Your instructions are really detailed and have been made really well.
I have even tried to sling out as a hammock. Unfortunately my son is a very wild boy, which means I cannot really trust him to lie in the hammock by himself.
When I started to tie the sling, I noticed right away that it is much too long for me. I think it would be relatively easy to shorten it myself. Since I am a nappy reseller and therefore see a lot of mothers and fathers, I will certainly be happy to recommend your slings further.
